Stats & Training
An unusually even spread gives Lumineon flexibility. Speed barely edges ahead. But HP isn't far off. Moderately hard to find and follows a standard growth curve. Yields 2 Speed EVs.

Lumineon Weakness
Electric and Grass moves hit Lumineon for super-effective damage. 4 resistances help offset the weaknesses. Storm Drain grants an additional Water immunity, reshaping the matchup chart. With 69 HP and balanced defenses, Lumineon can afford to eat a neutral hit or two.

Lumineon Guide
In Black & White, Swift Swim changes the entire equation for Lumineon. The 460 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked D-Tier.
Swift Swim is what you want on Lumineon. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Storm Drain, Water Veil) work on paper but Swift Swim is what makes Lumineon worth using.
Base 91 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Lumineon is leaning toward the physical side (base 69 Attack). Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two.
For Black & White, Lumineon has answers, but so do you. Super-effective STAB from faster Pokemon is the simplest answer. Electric and Grass-type attackers hit hardest.
