Stats & Training
Raw HP carries Throh's bulk more than the defenses do. Sp. Atk barely registers. But that HP pool covers for it. A tough to catch Judo Pokemon that yields 2 HP EVs on a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
When it tightens its belt, it becomes stronger. Wild Throh use vines to weave their own belts.
When it encounters a foe bigger than itself, it wants to throw it. It changes belts as it gets stronger.
Throh Weakness
Type-wise, Throh takes extra damage from Flying, Psychic, and Fairy. Throh's overall bulk (120/85/85) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.

Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Evolution
Breeding is the whole story for Throh. Plenty of partners through one egg group, eggs are average hatch time, and you won't need to evolve anything. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
How to Evolve
Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Throh Best Moveset
Adamant nature gives Throh the physical lean it needs to trade hits effectively. Leftovers adds passive recovery each turn, spread EVs split the difference, and the remaining moves punishes anything trying to wall it. Rest keeps it topped off between trades.

Throh Guide
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Mold Breaker changes the entire equation for Throh. The 465 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as a tank. Rest with Leftovers is the standard set.
Mold Breaker is what you want on Throh. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Guts, Inner Focus) work on paper but Mold Breaker is what makes Throh worth using.
Base 45 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Throh is leaning toward the physical side (base 100 Attack). Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits. Best used as a tank.
For Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, the core moveset is Rest, Rock Slide, Sleep Talk, and Circlethrow. Rest leads at 19% usage. This set covers the tank role with a mix of damage and utility.
Game Availability
