X & Y Heatmor Best Moveset
Gluttony isn't flashy, but it matters. Combined with Sitrus Berry for a one-time health recovery at low HP and Defense and Sp. Def investment EVs, Heatmor fills the physical attacker slot reliably. Adamant nature finishes the spread.

Heatmor Guide
In X & Y, Flash Fire changes the entire equation for Heatmor. The 484 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as an attacker. Firepunch with Sitrus Berry is the standard set.
Flash Fire is what you want on Heatmor. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Gluttony, White Smoke) work on paper but Flash Fire is what makes Heatmor worth using.
At base 65 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Heatmor is a physical attacker with base 97 Attack. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as an attacker.
In X & Y, run Firepunch, Recycle, Stockpile, and Superpower on Heatmor. Firepunch is the most common pick at 17% usage. This set covers the attacker role with a mix of damage and utility.
