Partway through Sobble's chain. Drizzile still has another evolution ahead before reaching Inteleon. For breeding, average hatch time with a massive partner pool via two egg groups. Don't skip the egg moves. Drizzile picks up Aqua Jet and Aqua Ring only through breeding, and both fill gaps the natural movepool can't. STAB runs through Hydro Pump and Muddy Water while Normal and Dark coverage and more adds range.

Drizzile Scarlet & Violet Guide
Drizzile is meant to evolve into Inteleon. At 420 BST, the stats aren't there for competitive play yet. Pre-evolution Pokemon rarely hold up against fully evolved threats.
Torrent strengthens water moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less. That's the one you want on Drizzile. Sniper is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Base 90 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Drizzile is a mixed attacker with base 60 Attack and 95 Sp. Atk.
For Scarlet & Violet, you can run Drizzile through the first few routes without issues. 420 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Inteleon as fast as you can.
