Veluza Evolutions
No evolution chain to worry about here. Veluza is a standalone Pokemon with a decent partner pool for breeding through one egg group. Eggs come out average hatch time. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.

TMs carry this one. Veluza learns Hydro Pump and Psychic naturally for STAB, but the offensive range comes almost entirely from technical machines. Normal and Flying and beyond give it real matchup play.

When Veluza discards unnecessary flesh, its mind becomes honed and its psychic power increases. The spare flesh has a mild but delicious flavor.
Veluza has excellent regenerative capabilities. It sheds spare flesh from its body to boost its agility, then charges at its prey.
Veluza Scarlet & Violet Guide
In Scarlet & Violet, Mold Breaker changes the entire equation for Veluza. The 478 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as an attacker. Filletaway with Sitrus Berry is the standard set.
Mold Breaker is what you want on Veluza. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Sharpness) work on paper but Mold Breaker is what makes Veluza worth using.
Base 70 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Veluza is a mixed attacker with base 102 Attack and 78 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as an attacker.
For Scarlet & Violet, the core moveset is Filletaway, Aquacutter, Psychocut, and Finalgambit. Filletaway leads at 0% usage. This set covers the attacker role with a mix of damage and utility.
