SM Sylveon Best Moveset
AbilityPixilate converts Normal moves to Fairy at boosted power, and MoveHyper Voice becomes one of the strongest Fairy attacks that bypasses substitutes. 110 Sp. Atk and 130 Sp. Def. Z-MoveHyper Voice fires a one-time Pixilate Fairy nuke. The moveset earns A-tier through Pixilate offense combined with special bulk that absorbs Dragon and Dark.

Cute Charm is the go-to ability for Sylveon. It has a 30% chance of infatuating attacking Pokémon on contact. Its hidden ability Pixilate can work in specific setups.
At base 60 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Sylveon is a special attacker with base 110 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits. Best used as a wall.
