  • In Sun & Moon, Sylveon's biggest threats include Gengar (Poison) and Aegislash (Steel), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Only 2 weaknesses means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.

  • Cute Charm is the go-to ability for Sylveon. It has a 30% chance of infatuating attacking Pokémon on contact. Its hidden ability Pixilate can work in specific setups.

  • At base 60 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Sylveon is a special attacker with base 110 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits. Best used as a tank.
