Stats & Training
Bulk defines Sylveon's stat line. Sp. Def and Sp. Atk anchor the defensive side, but Speed can't keep up offensively. Tough to catch and worth 2 Sp. Def EVs.
Once a fight breaks out, it will unflinchingly charge at dragon Pokémon that are many times larger than itself.
Sylveon wraps its ribbonlike feelers around its Trainer’s arm because this touch enables it to read its Trainer’s feelings.
Sylveon Weakness
Sylveon is weak to Poison and Steel. On the flip side, it's immune to Dragon-type moves entirely. Sylveon's special bulk (base 130 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.

Moves
Egg moves make a real difference. Sylveon gets Captivate and Charm exclusively through breeding, filling gaps that TMs and level-up can't touch. Normal and Psychic coverage and more rounds out the picture alongside Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam.
