Stats & Training
Attack leads and Defense gets almost nothing. That's Sharpedo's stat line in a nutshell. 3 stats sit in respectable range, but the spread is brutal. Moderately hard to find and yields 2 Attack EVs.
The yellow patterns it bears are old scars. The energy from Mega Evolution runs through them, causing it sharp pain and suffering.
The moment it charges into its opponent, sharp spikes pop out of Sharpedo’s head, leaving its opponent with deep wounds.
Sharpedo Weakness
Sharpedo's Water/Dark typing leaves it vulnerable to Electric, Grass, Fighting, Bug, and Fairy. It shrugs off Psychic-type attacks completely. With 6 resistances, the defensive profile is strong. Sharpedo leans offensive (base 120 Atk) rather than trying to tank its weaknesses.

Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Sharpedo Best Moveset
Speed Boost isn't flashy, but it matters. Combined with Ghostiumz for extra utility and max Attack and Speed EVs, Sharpedo fills the attacker slot reliably. Naive nature finishes the spread.

Sharpedo Guide
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Speed Boost changes the entire equation for Sharpedo. The 460 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as a cannon. Protect with Ghostiumz is the standard set.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Sharpedo can Mega Evolve into Mega Sharpedo. That's 560 BST, up from 460. The stat redistribution often changes its best role. Mega Stone required, one per battle.
Speed Boost is what you want on Sharpedo. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Rough Skin) work on paper but Speed Boost is what makes Sharpedo worth using.
Base 95 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Sharpedo is a physical attacker with base 120 Attack. Defensively? Fragile, can't afford to take many hits. Best used as a cannon.
