The mixed attacking identity sharpens to 90 Attack and 85 Sp. Atk. 55 Speed brings cooldowns closer to functional, and both Grass and Poison moves land with meaningful force from either side. The moveset previews what Mega Victreebel amplifies to elite levels.

Weepinbell Legends: Z-A Guide
Weepinbell is meant to evolve into Victreebel. At 390 BST, the stats aren't there for competitive play yet. Pre-evolution Pokemon rarely hold up against fully evolved threats.
Chlorophyll is what you want on Weepinbell. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Gluttony) work on paper but Chlorophyll is what makes Weepinbell worth using.
At base 55 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Weepinbell is a mixed attacker with base 90 Attack and 85 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Fragile, can't afford to take many hits.
For Legends: Z-A, you can run Weepinbell through the first few routes without issues. 390 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Victreebel as fast as you can.
Game Availability
