Kleavor Scarlet & Violet Guide
In Scarlet & Violet, Don't let Kleavor's 500 base stat total fool you. Sheer Force is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it B-Tier as a wallbreaker. Stoneaxe with Choice Scarf is the standard set.
In Scarlet & Violet, Kleavor's biggest threats include Gyarados (Water), Aerodactyl (Rock), and Metagross (Steel), all carrying super-effective STAB moves.
In Scarlet & Violet, Run Sheer Force on Kleavor. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Kleavor also gets Swarm and Sharpness, but they don't compare.
In Scarlet & Violet, Kleavor fills the wallbreaker role. It's a physical attacker with base 135 Attack. Base 85 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
For Scarlet & Violet, the core moveset is Stoneaxe, Xscissor, U Turn, and Close Combat. Stoneaxe leads at 0% usage. This set covers the wallbreaker role with a mix of damage and utility.
Game Availability
Introduced in Sword & Shield, Kleavor has appeared in 3 games across 3 generations. Later debuts mean fewer total appearances, but it's been a consistent presence since its introduction.
