Cetitan Weakness
Cetitan's Ice typing leaves it vulnerable to Fire, Fighting, Rock, and Steel. Thick Fat reduces Fire/Ice damage, further improving the defensive spread. Cetitan's overall bulk (170/65/55) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.

Cetitan Scarlet & Violet Guide
In Scarlet & Violet, Don't let Cetitan's 521 base stat total fool you. Slush Rush is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it B-Tier as a tank. Earthquake with Sitrus Berry is the standard set.
In Scarlet & Violet, watch for Infernape (Fire), Conkeldurr (Fighting), and Lycanroc (Rock) when using Cetitan. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Steel-type attackers are also a problem.
In Scarlet & Violet, Run Slush Rush on Cetitan. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Cetitan also gets Thick Fat and Sheer Force, but they don't compare.
In Scarlet & Violet, Cetitan fills the tank role. It's a physical attacker with base 113 Attack. Base 73 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. And it's tanky enough to absorb a few hits.
In Scarlet & Violet, run Earthquake, Ice Shard, Bellydrum, and Icespinner on Cetitan. Earthquake is the most common pick at 0% usage. This set covers the tank role with a mix of damage and utility.
Game Availability
Introduced in Scarlet & Violet, Cetitan has appeared in 1 games across 2 generations. Later debuts mean fewer total appearances, but it's been a consistent presence since its introduction.
