Stats & Training
Bulk defines Miltank's stat line. Defense and Speed anchor the defensive side, but Sp. Atk can't keep up offensively. Tough to catch and worth 2 Defense EVs.
MILTANK gives over five gallons of milk on a daily basis. Its sweet milk is enjoyed by children and grown-ups alike. People who can’t drink milk turn it into yogurt and eat it instead.

Miltank Weakness
Fighting moves hit Miltank for super-effective damage. The upside? Ghost-type moves can't touch it at all. Thick Fat reduces Fire/Ice damage, further improving the defensive spread. Miltank's physical bulk (base 105 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Fighting |
| 0x (Immune) | Ghost |
- Dark and Steel types added — Fairy does not exist yet
- Moves are Physical or Special based on type, not per move
In Ruby & Sapphire, Claydol's Explosion hits Miltank for 40-47%. Regice's Ice Beam hits Miltank for 43-51%. Moltres deals 50-59% with Flamethrower.
