Kangaskhan doesn't rely on pure speed. Leftovers gives it passive recovery each turn to stay healthy, and Adamant nature still pushes offense. Sucker Punch and the remaining moves keep the pressure on while max Attack and Speed EVs balance power and survivability.

Kangaskhan Guide
For Legends: Z-A, we rate Kangaskhan C-Tier: a niche pick in Legends: Z-A's meta. At 490 BST, the stats are spread pretty evenly. Sucker Punch with Leftovers is the standard set.
Mega Evolution isn't available in Legends: Z-A, but Kangaskhan does have a Mega form in Gen 6-7 games (X/Y, ORAS, Sun/Moon). Mega Kangaskhan hits 590 BST.
In Legends: Z-A, watch for Hitmonlee (Fighting) when using Kangaskhan. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
Early Bird makes sleep pass twice as quickly. That's the one you want on Kangaskhan. Inner Focus is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses. Scrappy works too if your team needs something different.
Base 90 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Kangaskhan is a physical attacker with base 95 Attack. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two.
