Stats & Training
Sp. Atk and Speed carry most of Delphox's stat budget. Attack's the obvious dump stat. Tough to catch and yields 3 Sp. Atk EVs. Follows a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve.
It gazes into the flame at the tip of its branch to achieve a focused state, which allows it to see into the future.
Using psychic power, it generates a fiery vortex of 5,400 degrees Fahrenheit, incinerating foes swept into this whirl of flame.
Delphox Weakness
Delphox's Fire/Psychic typing leaves it vulnerable to Water, Ground, Rock, Ghost, and Dark. With 7 resistances, the defensive profile is strong. Delphox's special bulk (base 100 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.

How to Get Delphox in Legends: Z-A
Delphox Guide
For Legends: Z-A, we rate Delphox B-Tier: a solid option in Legends: Z-A for the right team. At 534 BST, it fits the sweeper role. Flamethrower with Delphoxite is the standard set.
Mega Evolution isn't available in Legends: Z-A, but Delphox does have a Mega form in Gen 6-7 games (X/Y, ORAS, Sun/Moon). Mega Delphox hits 634 BST.
Blaze strengthens fire moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less. That's the one you want on Delphox. Magician is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Base 104 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. On offense, Delphox is a special attacker with base 114 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a sweeper.
Game Availability
Since debuting in X & Y, Delphox has appeared in 6 titles over 5 generations. Along the way, it received a Mega form in Generation 6, keeping it relevant across different competitive metas.
