Get Fomantis to Lurantis at level 34. At 250 BST, Fomantis is just the starting point.
Level 34 gets you Lurantis. Not the fastest evolution, so consider Exp. Share or route grinding to speed it up.
In Scarlet & Violet, Fomantis does the job early-game if you need a Grass type on your team. Evolve it into Lurantis before the later gyms and it holds up fine through the story.
