Blissey gets Natural Cure, Serene Grace, and Healer. But Natural Cure is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that. Natural Cure synergizes with Blissey's base 135 Sp.Def, letting it soak special attacks as a pivot.
Blissey is leaning toward the special side (base 75 Sp. Atk). Tanky enough to absorb a few hits, too. Speed tells the real story. At base 55 Speed, it won't be moving first often. Fits the wall role.
For Sword & Shield, the core moveset is Soft Boiled, Seismic Toss, Toxic, and Thunder Wave. Soft Boiled leads at 23% usage. This set covers the wall role with a mix of damage and utility.
