FireRed & LeafGreen Banette Best Moveset

Insomnia helps Banette stick around while dealing real damage. Leftovers for passive recovery each turn, flexible EVs for the right balance, and Hiddenpowerfighting as the main threat. Not the fastest, but it doesn't need to be.
