LGPE Shellder Best Moveset
Water at 100 Defense with 30 HP. The physical shell is hard but the HP behind it breaks fast. The moveset can't function on these totals. Evolve to Cloyster for 180 Defense and the offensive tools that made Water/Ice competitive.
