How to Evolve
LGPE Charmander Best Moveset
Fire pre-evolution at 60 Sp. Atk and 65 Speed with thin defenses across the board. The moveset can't threaten. Two evolutions from Charizard where choosing Mega X or Mega Y splits the entire strategy between physical and special.
