In Scarlet & Violet, Oinkologne's biggest threats include Conkeldurr (Fighting), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
Thick Fat is what you want on Oinkologne. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Lingering Aroma, Gluttony) work on paper but Thick Fat is what makes Oinkologne worth using.
