Ghost/Flying at 90 HP with 50 Attack and 70 Speed. AbilityUnburden doubles Speed after consuming a held item. The moveset has the right ability on pre-evolution stats. Evolve to Drifblim for 150 HP and the Unburden engine that actually threatens after the boost.
