  • Not a straight line. Wurmple can become Silcoon at level 7 and Cascoon at level 7. Your choice depends on what you need.

  • For Legends: Arceus, you can run Wurmple through the first few routes without issues. 195 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Silcoon as fast as you can.
