For the Sun & Moon meta, At 580 BST, Terrakion is built different. We rank it B-Tier. As a Legendary Pokemon, the raw stats back up the reputation. Best used as a sweeper. Close Combat with Choice Band is the standard set.
Justified raises Attack one stage upon taking damage from a dark move. That's the one you want on Terrakion. It's the only ability Terrakion has.
