Stats & Training
Scrafty's built to absorb hits, not race for knockouts. Balanced defenses with Defense doing the heavy lifting. And the medium-fast 1M XP curve means it won't take forever to bring up, worth 2 Defense and Sp. Def EVs.
As halfhearted as this Pokémon’s kicks may seem, they pack enough power to shatter Conkeldurr’s concrete pillars.
While mostly known for having the temperament of an aggressive ruffian, this Pokémon takes very good care of its family, friends, and territory.
Scrafty Weakness
Scrafty is weak to Fairy, Fighting, and Flying. Watch out for Fairy attacks, those deal 4x damage. On the flip side, it's immune to Psychic-type moves entirely. Scrafty's overall bulk (65/115/115) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.

Legends: Z-A Evolution
Scrafty is what Scraggy becomes. Breed it for Scraggy eggs (quick to hatch). A decent partner pool for breeding via two egg groups. Eggs are quick to hatch. The evolution from Scraggy pushed Scrafty to 488 total stats. Defense saw the largest single gain at +45. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
How to Evolve
Legends: Z-A Scrafty Best Moveset
Scrafty doesn't rely on pure speed. Assault Vest gives it a special bulk boost with no status moves allowed to stay healthy, and Adamant nature still pushes offense. Fakeout and the remaining moves keep the pressure on while max HP and Attack EVs balance power and survivability.

The TM pool is where it gets interesting. Coverage across 11 types means almost nothing walls Scrafty cleanly, with Close Combat and Focus Blast anchoring the STAB side. Matchup flexibility isn't a problem.

How to Get Scrafty in Legends: Z-A
Scrafty Guide
In Legends: Z-A, Scrafty looks average on paper at 488 BST. But Intimidate is why it sees play. Build around that and it pulls its weight. B-Tier on our tier list. Fakeout with Assault Vest is the standard set.
In Legends: Z-A, Scrafty's biggest threats include Togekiss (Fairy), Machamp (Fighting), and Aerodactyl (Flying), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Togekiss is the most dangerous since Fairy moves deal 4x damage.
Scrafty gets Intimidate, Shed Skin, and Moxie. But Intimidate is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that.
Scrafty is a physical attacker with base 90 Attack. Tanky enough to absorb a few hits, too. Speed tells the real story. At base 58 Speed, it won't be moving first often.
In Legends: Z-A, Intimidate is the hidden ability. It lowers opponents' Attack one stage upon entering battle. Worth hunting for if you want Scrafty to compete at a higher level.
