Stats & Training
Pheromosa's all-in on Speed at the expense of Defense. The mixed lean is obvious from the bars. Yields 3 Speed EVs and follows a slow 1.25M XP grind.
One of the dangerous Ultra Beasts, it has been spotted running across the land at terrific speeds.
One of the Ultra Beasts. It refuses to touch anything, perhaps because it senses some uncleanness in this world.
Pheromosa Weakness
Pheromosa's Bug/Fighting typing leaves it vulnerable to Flying, Fire, Psychic, and Fairy. Flying hits land at 4x, so they're the biggest threat. It resists 5 types, giving it decent defensive coverage. At base 151 Speed, Pheromosa outspeeds most threats and doesn't need to tank what it can outrun.

Pheromosa Guide
In Sun & Moon, Pheromosa has a 570 base stat total and ranks as B-Tier: a solid option in Sun & Moon for the right team. It works best as a sweeper. High Jump Kick with Wide Lens is the standard set.
In Sun & Moon, watch for Staraptor (Flying), Charizard (Fire), and Starmie (Psychic) when using Pheromosa. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Staraptor is the most dangerous since Flying moves deal 4x damage. Fairy-type attackers are also a problem. Pheromosa's base 151 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
Beast Boost raises this Pokémon's highest stat by one stage when it faints another Pokémon. That's the one you want on Pheromosa. It's the only ability Pheromosa has.
In Sun & Moon, Pheromosa fills the sweeper role. It's a special attacker with base 137 Sp. Atk. Base 151 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. And it's fragile, can't afford to take many hits.
In Sun & Moon, run High Jump Kick, Ice Beam, Electroweb, and Icywind on Pheromosa. High Jump Kick is the most common pick at 17% usage. This set covers the sweeper role with a mix of damage and utility.
