Stats & Training
Speed and Defense carry most of Meditite's stat budget. HP's the obvious dump stat. Common in the wild and yields 1 Speed EV. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
It never skips its daily yoga training. It heightens its inner strength through meditation.

Meditite Weakness
Meditite's Fighting/Psychic typing leaves it vulnerable to Flying and Ghost. Few weaknesses and 2 resistances make the typing clean. Just 2 weak spots to worry about, which keeps teambuilding straightforward.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Flying, Ghost |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Fighting, Rock |
- Dark and Steel types added — Fairy does not exist yet
- Moves are Physical or Special based on type, not per move
In FireRed & LeafGreen, Charizard can KO Meditite with Fire Blast (128-151%). Dusclops threatens a KO with Shadow Ball (94-110%).
