In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, yes. Mega Medicham is the evolved form, sitting at 510 BST. Big power spike over base Medicham (410). Equip the Mega Stone and it transforms in battle.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Medicham's biggest threats include Salamence (Flying), Misdreavus (Ghost), and Clefable (Fairy), all carrying super-effective STAB moves.
