Medicham is what Meditite becomes. Breed it for Meditite eggs (average hatch time). Plenty of partners for breeding via one egg group. Eggs are average hatch time. Icepunch is the safe click most turns. Choice Scarf locks Medicham into it but rewards with speed patching through item lock. Adamant nature and max Attack and Speed EVs maximize that first hit. Pure Power helps on the margins.

Medicham Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, Medicham looks average on paper at 410 BST. But Pure Power is why it sees play. Build around that and it pulls its weight. C-Tier on our tier list. Icepunch with Choice Scarf is the standard set.
Mega Evolution isn't available in Black 2 & White 2, but Medicham does have a Mega form in Gen 6-7 games (X/Y, ORAS, Sun/Moon). Mega Medicham hits 510 BST.
In Black 2 & White 2, Medicham's biggest threats include Salamence (Flying) and Misdreavus (Ghost), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Only 2 weaknesses means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
Medicham gets Pure Power and Telepathy. But Pure Power is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that.
Medicham is leaning toward the physical side (base 60 Attack). Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 80 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many.
