  • Skiploom at level 18 is the mid-stage. Push through to Jumpluff at level 27 for the final form. 250 BST right now won't cut it long-term.

  • Level 18 gets you Skiploom. Quick enough that Hoppip barely slows you down.

  • For HeartGold & SoulSilver, you can run Hoppip through the first few routes without issues. 250 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Skiploom as fast as you can.
