Stats & Training
The stat bars tell the story: Attack carries everything and Speed's dead weight. But this Wild Horse Pokemon still yields 3 Attack EVs per fight on a slow 1.25M XP grind.
Glastrier emits intense cold from its hooves. It’s also a belligerent Pokémon—anything it wants, it takes by force.
Glastrier has tremendous physical strength, and the mask of ice covering its face is 100 times harder than diamond.
Glastrier Weakness
Glastrier is weak to Fire, Fighting, Rock, and Steel. Glastrier's overall bulk (100/130/110) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.

Moves
Most of Glastrier's flexibility comes from TMs. Same-type output runs through Blizzard and Ice Beam, but Normal and Fighting and the rest of the TM pool push it from predictable to genuinely threatening.

Glastrier Guide
In Sword & Shield, Glastrier is a Legendary Pokemon rated B-Tier. At 580 BST, it hits hard. It excels as a wallbreaker. Close Combat with Assault Vest is the standard set.
In Sword & Shield, Glastrier's biggest threats include Blaziken (Fire), Lucario (Fighting), and Terrakion (Rock), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Steel-type attackers are also a problem. At base 30 Speed, Glastrier won't outrun any of these threats so switching to a resist is usually the safer play.
Chilling Neigh is the go-to ability for Glastrier. It boosts Attack after knocking out a Pokémon. It's Glastrier's only ability.
Glastrier is a physical attacker with base 145 Attack. Tanky enough to absorb a few hits, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 30 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. Fits the wallbreaker role.
For Sword & Shield, the core moveset is Close Combat, Avalanche, Bulldoze, and Icywind. Close Combat leads at 25% usage. Avalanche provides reliable STAB damage.
