Stats & Training
Raw HP carries Regidrago's bulk more than the defenses do. Defense barely registers. But that HP pool covers for it. A near-impossible to catch Dragon Orb Pokemon that yields 3 HP EVs on a slow 1.25M XP grind.
An academic theory proposes that Regidrago’s arms were once the head of an ancient dragon Pokémon. The theory remains unproven.
Its body is composed of crystallized dragon energy. Regidrago is said to have the powers of every dragon Pokémon.
Regidrago Weakness
Regidrago's Dragon typing leaves it vulnerable to Ice, Dragon, and Fairy. 4 resistances help offset the weaknesses. Regidrago's overall bulk (200/50/50) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.

Regidrago Guide
For the Sword & Shield meta, At 580 BST, Regidrago is built different. We rank it B-Tier. As a Legendary Pokemon, the raw stats back up the reputation. Best used as a tank. Draco Meteor with Choice Specs is the standard set.
Dragons Maw powers up Dragon-type moves. That's the one you want on Regidrago. It's the only ability Regidrago has.
Base 80 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Regidrago is a mixed attacker with base 100 Attack and 100 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits. Best used as a tank.
For Sword & Shield, Regidrago has answers, but so do you. Status moves (Toxic, Will-O-Wisp) wear it down. Setup sweepers can use it as a boost opportunity. Physical attackers can break through.
