In Legends: Z-A, Emboar works as a wallbreaker with 528 BST behind it. B-Tier on our list: a solid option in Legends: Z-A for the right team. Flare Blitz with Emboarite is the standard set.
Blaze is the go-to ability for Emboar. It strengthens fire moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less. Its hidden ability Reckless can work in specific setups.
Emboar is a physical attacker with base 123 Attack. Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. At base 65 Speed, it won't be moving first often. Fits the wallbreaker role.
For Legends: Z-A, the core moveset is Flare Blitz, Sucker Punch, Close Combat, and Bulk Up. Flare Blitz leads at 17% usage. This set covers the wallbreaker role with a mix of damage and utility.
