Stats & Training
An unusually even spread gives Delcatty flexibility. HP barely edges ahead. But Sp. Atk isn't far off. Moderately hard to find and follows a fast 800K XP curve. Yields 2 HP and Speed EVs.
It dislikes dirty places. It often searches for a comfortable place in which to groom itself.
It is highly popular among female Trainers for its sublime fur. It does not keep a nest.
Delcatty Weakness
Fighting moves hit Delcatty for super-effective damage. The upside? Ghost-type moves can't touch it at all. Just 1 weak spot to worry about, which keeps teambuilding straightforward.

In X & Y, Hitmontop can KO Delcatty with Close Combat (144-169%). Lucario threatens a KO with Close Combat (188-221%).

Delcatty Guide
In X & Y, watch for Hitmonlee (Fighting) when using Delcatty. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
In X & Y, Skitty evolves into Delcatty using a Moon Stone. Delcatty is the fully evolved form.
In X & Y, Delcatty has niche appeal at best. 380 base stats means you're fighting uphill by mid-game. There are better Normal Pokemon available.
For X & Y, we rate Delcatty D-Tier: outclassed by other options available in X & Y. At 380 BST, the stats are spread pretty evenly. Fakeout with Focus Sash is the standard set.
Cute Charm has a 30% chance of infatuating attacking Pokémon on contact. That's the one you want on Delcatty. Wonder Skin is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses. Normalize works too if your team needs something different.
Game Availability
Obtainable through an item-based evolution, Delcatty appears in 13 titles across 8 generations since Ruby & Sapphire. The evolution method adds a barrier that wild-catchable Pokemon don't have.
