Stats & Training
Chatot's built around special offense. Sp. Atk leads the charge, Sp. Def pays for it. Tough to catch, worth 1 Attack EV. Follows a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve.
It can learn and speak human words. If they gather, they all learn the same saying.
It keeps rhythm by flicking its tail feathers like a metronome. It imitates human speech.
Chatot Weakness
Electric, Ice, and Rock moves hit Chatot for super-effective damage. The upside? Ground and Ghost-type moves can't touch it at all. Chatot leans toward special offense (base 92 Sp.Atk) instead of trying to wall anything.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Electric, Ice, Rock |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Grass, Bug |
| 0x (Immune) | Ground, Ghost |
- Fairy type does not exist — Dragon has fewer checks
- Physical / Special split now per-move (introduced Gen IV)
