As it develops, its single white tail gains color and splits into six. It is quite warm and cuddly.
If it is attacked by an enemy that is stronger than itself, it feigns injury to fool the enemy and escapes.
Vulpix Gold & Silver Guide
For Gold & Silver, you can run Vulpix through the first few routes without issues. 299 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Ninetales as fast as you can.
Vulpix has an Alolan form that swaps the typing and reshuffles the stats. Introduced in Gen 7. Worth checking if the original version doesn't fit your team.
