In Emerald, Regice is a Legendary Pokemon rated B-Tier. At 580 BST, it hits hard. It excels as a tank. Ice Beam with Leftovers is the standard set.
Regice is a static encounter at Route 105 in Emerald. Regice appears at level 40. Prerequisite: Requires opening door from Sealed Chamber. Save before the encounter. These one-shot Pokemon don't respawn if you knock them out or run out of Poke Balls.
Clear Body is the go-to ability for Regice. It prevents stats from being lowered by other Pokémon. It's Regice's only ability.
In Emerald, Regice fills the tank role. It's a special attacker with base 100 Sp. Atk. Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. And it's tanky enough to absorb a few hits.
