Incineroar Evolutions
End of the line. Incineroar caps a three-stage chain that started at Litten. Breeding produces the base form, and eggs are quick to hatch. HP grew the most through evolution (+50 over Litten), and Incineroar peaks at 530 total stats. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
How to Evolve
SwSh Incineroar Best Moveset
AbilityIntimidate dropping Attack on entry makes this the premier physical defensive pivot in the format. 115 Attack behind Fire/Dark TermStab provides real offensive punch when it stays in and attacks. The moveset cycles between Intimidate support and pressure. B-tier because the utility outweighs the 60 Speed.

Moves List
The natural movepool does the job, but Fake Out and Parting Shot from the egg pool give Incineroar something extra. Pair those with Overheat and Flare Blitz for STAB and coverage across 9 types for reach, and the kit fills out nicely.

Base Stats
It excels at violent, no-holds-barred battles. The temperature of the flames that issue from its navel exceeds 3,600 degrees Fahrenheit.
Incineroar’s rough and aggressive behavior is its most notable trait, but the way it helps out small Pokémon shows that it has a kind side as well.
Incineroar Sword & Shield Guide
In Sword & Shield, Intimidate changes the entire equation for Incineroar. The 530 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as a wallbreaker. Knock Off with Heavy-Duty Boots is the standard set.
Intimidate is what you want on Incineroar. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Blaze) work on paper but Intimidate is what makes Incineroar worth using.
At base 60 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Incineroar is a physical attacker with base 115 Attack. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a wallbreaker.
In Sword & Shield, run Knock Off, Parting Shot, Flare Blitz, and Fakeout on Incineroar. Knock Off is the most common pick at 0% usage. This set covers the wallbreaker role with a mix of damage and utility.
