LGPE Bulbasaur Best Moveset
65 Sp. Atk on a Grass/Poison pre-evolution. Without abilities or held items, the moveset depends entirely on raw stats, and these can't compete. Evolve to Venusaur where Mega access and real bulk make Grass/Poison TermStab viable.
