Brambleghast Scarlet & Violet Guide
In Scarlet & Violet, Brambleghast works as a cannon with 480 BST behind it. C-Tier on our list: a niche pick in Scarlet & Violet's meta. Rapid Spin with Heavy-Duty Boots is the standard set.
In Scarlet & Violet, watch for Cinderace (Fire), Lapras (Ice), and Aerodactyl (Flying) when using Brambleghast. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Ghost and Dark-type attackers are also a problem. With 5 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter.
Wind Rider gives immunity to wind moves, and causes the Pokémon's Attack to increase by one stage when hit by one. That's the one you want on Brambleghast. Infiltrator is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Brambleghast is a physical attacker with base 115 Attack. Speed tells the real story. Base 90 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. Fits the cannon role.
In Scarlet & Violet, run Rapid Spin, Poltergeist, Powerwhip, and Strengthsap on Brambleghast. Rapid Spin is the most common pick at 0% usage. Poltergeist provides reliable STAB damage.
