Stats & Training
Nothing fancy in Scolipede's spread. It leans physical with Speed out front. And you'll get 3 Speed EVs per KO for it. Follows a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve.
It clasps its prey with the claws on its neck until it stops moving. Then it finishes it off with deadly poison.

Scolipede Weakness
Fire, Flying, Psychic, and Rock moves hit Scolipede for super-effective damage. The Bug/Poison typing picks up 4 resistances to work with. Scolipede leans offensive (base 90 Atk) rather than trying to tank its weaknesses.

Scolipede Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, Scolipede looks average on paper at 475 BST. But Speed Boost is why it sees play. Build around that and it pulls its weight. C-Tier pivot on our tier list. Megahorn with Focus Sash is the standard set.
In Black 2 & White 2, watch for Charizard (Fire), Aerodactyl (Flying), and Espeon (Psychic) when using Scolipede. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Rock-type attackers are also a problem. Scolipede's base 112 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
Scolipede gets Speed Boost, Poison Point, and Swarm. But Speed Boost is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that.
Scolipede is a physical attacker with base 90 Attack. Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 112 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. Fits the pivot role.
In Black 2 & White 2, Scolipede's hidden ability is Speed Boost. Raises Speed one stage after each turn. Better than the standard options for competitive play.
