Stats & Training
Reuniclus's spread is anchored by Sp. Atk, with balanced defenses backing it up. Speed is the clear weak point. Worth 3 Sp. Atk EVs per KO, and the 1.06M XP medium-slow curve keeps leveling painless.
When Reuniclus shake hands, a network forms between their brains, increasing their psychic power.
These remarkably intelligent Pokémon fight by controlling arms that can grip with rock-crushing power.
Reuniclus Weakness
Reuniclus's Psychic typing leaves it vulnerable to Bug, Ghost, and Dark. With 110 HP and balanced defenses, Reuniclus can afford to eat a neutral hit or two.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Bug, Ghost, Dark |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Fighting, Psychic |
- Fairy type does not exist — Dragon has fewer checks
- Physical / Special split now per-move (introduced Gen IV)

Reuniclus Guide
In Black & White, Don't let Reuniclus's 490 base stat total fool you. Magic Guard is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it B-Tier as a wallbreaker. Recover with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Black & White, Run Magic Guard on Reuniclus. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Reuniclus also gets Overcoat and Regenerator, but they don't compare.
In Black & White, Reuniclus fills the wallbreaker role. It's a special attacker with base 125 Sp. Atk. Base 30 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
In Black & White, run Recover, Focus Blast, Calm Mind, and Psychic on Reuniclus. Recover is the most common pick at 17% usage. Psychic provides reliable STAB damage.
Game Availability
Introduced in Black & White, Reuniclus has appeared in 8 games across 6 generations. Later debuts mean fewer total appearances, but it's been a consistent presence since its introduction.
