Regice Weakness
Type-wise, Regice takes extra damage from Fire, Fighting, Rock, and Steel. Regice's special bulk (base 200 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.

|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Fire, Fighting, Rock, Steel |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Ice |

Regice Guide
In FireRed & LeafGreen, Regice is a Legendary Pokemon rated B-Tier. At 580 BST, it hits hard. It excels as a tank. Ice Beam with Leftovers is the standard set.
In FireRed & LeafGreen, Regice's biggest threats include Charizard (Fire), Hitmonlee (Fighting), and Tyranitar (Rock), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Steel-type attackers are also a problem. Regice has enough bulk to absorb a hit, but don't push the matchup. Pivot to a teammate that resists.
Clear Body is the go-to ability for Regice. It prevents stats from being lowered by other Pokémon. Its hidden ability Ice Body can work in specific setups.
In FireRed & LeafGreen, Regice fills the tank role. It's a special attacker with base 100 Sp. Atk. Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. And it's tanky enough to absorb a few hits.
For FireRed & LeafGreen, the core moveset is Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Explosion, and Thunder Wave. Ice Beam leads at 25% usage. This set covers the tank role with a mix of damage and utility.
