When kicking, the sole of its foot turns as hard as a diamond on impact and destroys its enemy.

Hitmonlee Weakness

Type-wise, Hitmonlee takes extra damage from Flying, Psychic, and Fairy. Hitmonlee's special bulk (base 110 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.

Nothing fancy here. Hitmonlee builds around Normalgem for extra utility, Adamant nature for the right stat lean, and max Attack and Speed EVs. Unburden does its job quietly.

Moves

TMs carry this one. Hitmonlee learns High Jump Kick and Superpower naturally for STAB, but the offensive range comes almost entirely from technical machines. Normal and Ground and beyond give it real matchup play.
