Stats & Training
The stat bars tell the story: Attack carries everything and HP's dead weight. But this DNA Pokemon still yields 3 Attack and Sp. Atk and Speed EVs per fight on a slow 1.25M XP grind.

How to Get Deoxys in Sun & Moon
No wild encounters for Deoxys in Sun & Moon. It's available in Emerald or Omega Ruby and can be transferred over. The details below show where to find it.
Deoxys Guide
In Sun & Moon, Deoxys is a Mythical Pokemon rated S-Tier. At 600 BST, it hits hard. It excels as a sweeper. That 150 base Attack does the heavy lifting.
In Sun & Moon, Deoxys's biggest threats include Heracross (Bug), Misdreavus (Ghost), and Houndoom (Dark), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Deoxys's base 150 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
Pressure is the go-to ability for Deoxys. It increases the PP cost of moves targetting the Pokémon by one. It's Deoxys's only ability.
Deoxys is a mixed attacker with base 150 Attack and 150 Sp. Atk. Fragile, can't afford to take many hits, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 150 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. Fits the sweeper role.
In Sun & Moon, the best way to handle Deoxys: Priority moves (Mach Punch, Aqua Jet, Ice Shard) bypass its speed. Bulky walls that resist its STAB also shut it down.
