Corvisquire Weakness

Type-wise, Corvisquire takes extra damage from Electric, Ice, and Rock. Ground moves do nothing thanks to a full immunity. 3 weaknesses is about average, nothing too hard to play around.

Sword & Shield Corvisquire Best Moveset

The 50% bulk from Eviolite is no joke. Corvisquire takes hits that fully evolved Pokemon can't, especially with max Attack and Speed EVs pushing the fast physical side. Tailwind gives it offensive presence.

Breeding's the move. Defog and Rock Smash give Corvisquire options it can't learn any other way, and Dark and Normal coverage and more already covers a decent range on top of Sky Attack and Brave Bird. The egg moves push it further.

Corvisquire Guide

  • In Sword & Shield, Corvisquire isn't fully evolved, so it's not built for competitive play. You'll want to evolve it into Corviknight to unlock its full potential. At 365 BST, it's a stepping stone rather than a team anchor.

  • In Sword & Shield, Corvisquire's biggest threats include Manectric (Electric), Weavile (Ice), and Tyranitar (Rock), all carrying super-effective STAB moves.

  • In Sword & Shield, Rookidee evolves into Corvisquire at level 18. Corvisquire evolves into Corviknight at level 38. Corvisquire is a middle-stage evolution in the Rookidee line.

  • Keen Eye is the go-to ability for Corvisquire. It prevents accuracy from being lowered. Its hidden ability Big Pecks can work in specific setups. Unnerve is the other option. Pick based on what your team needs.

  • In Sword & Shield, Corvisquire fills the balanced role. It's leaning toward the physical side (base 67 Attack). Base 77 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many.

Game Availability

Introduced in Sword & Shield, Corvisquire has appeared in 3 games across 3 generations. Later debuts mean fewer total appearances, but it's been a consistent presence since its introduction.
