Combee's Bug/Flying typing leaves it vulnerable to Rock, Fire, Electric, Ice, and Flying. Rock hits land at 4x, so they're the biggest threat. It shrugs off Ground-type attacks completely.

Get Combee to Vespiquen at level 21. At 244 BST, Combee is just the starting point.
Level 21 gets you Vespiquen. Not the fastest evolution, so consider Exp. Share or route grinding to speed it up.
For Black 2 & White 2, you can run Combee through the first few routes without issues. 244 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Vespiquen as fast as you can.
