Alomomola Weakness
Type-wise, Alomomola takes extra damage from Electric and Grass. It resists 4 types, giving it decent defensive coverage. Alomomola's physical bulk (base 80 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Electric, Grass |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Fire, Water, Ice, Steel |
- Fairy type does not exist — Dragon has fewer checks

Alomomola Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, Don't let Alomomola's 470 base stat total fool you. Regenerator is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier as a wall. Wish with Rocky Helmet is the standard set.
In Black 2 & White 2, Run Regenerator on Alomomola. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Alomomola also gets Healer and Hydration, but they don't compare.
In Black 2 & White 2, Alomomola fills the wall role. It's a special attacker with base 40 Sp. Atk. At base 65 Speed, it won't be moving first often. And it's tanky enough to absorb a few hits.
For Black 2 & White 2, the core moveset is Wish, Protect, Toxic, and Scald. Wish leads at 25% usage. Scald provides reliable STAB damage.
