Registeel is a static encounter at Route 120 in Ruby & Sapphire. Registeel appears at level 40. Prerequisite: Requires opening door from Sealed Chamber. Save before the encounter. These one-shot Pokemon don't respawn if you knock them out or run out of Poke Balls.
Clear Body prevents stats from being lowered by other Pokémon. That's the one you want on Registeel. It's the only ability Registeel has.
Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Registeel is a physical attacker with base 75 Attack. Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits. Best used as a wall.
