Base Stats
LUNATONE was discovered at a location where a meteorite fell. As a result, some people theorize that this POKéMON came from space. However, no one has been able to prove this theory so far.
LUNATONE becomes active around the time of the full moon. Instead of walking, it moves by floating in midair. The POKéMON’s intimidating red eyes cause all those who see it to become transfixed with fear.
Lunatone Ruby & Sapphire Guide
For Ruby & Sapphire, it depends on your team. Lunatone at 440 BST isn't a powerhouse, but the Rock/Psychic coverage might be exactly what you're missing.
In Ruby & Sapphire, Levitate changes the entire equation for Lunatone. The 440 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier. Baton Pass with Leftovers is the standard set.
Levitate is what you want on Lunatone. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind.
Base 70 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Lunatone is a mixed attacker with base 55 Attack and 95 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two.
Game Availability
